Joppy in Barcelona, Spain, seeks a Service Delivery Lead to own multiple client engagements in IT infrastructure and OT environments. Hybrid work model: 2 days per week in the Barcelona office, with hands-on leadership of a technical delivery team.

You will set project direction, manage KPIs/SLAs, and drive reporting and automation initiatives, while maintaining strong executive communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years delivering infrastructure projects with virtualization, Windows Server, and remote desktops.
• Hands-on networking experience including VLANs, routing, and firewall management.
• ITIL, PMP, or similar certification.
• Experience presenting to client leadership and preparing exec dashboards.
• Fluent English and Spanish; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and manage infrastructure projects end-to-end (planning, resources, risks, budget).
• Define and track service KPIs and SLAs; build dashboards and report with AI-assisted insights.
• Lead biweekly service reviews with clients and present to SteerCo.
• Oversee technical team, assign tasks, remove blockers, ensure timely delivery.
• Review HLDs/LLDs, challenge architecture decisions, set deliverable quality standards.
• Proactively identify risks and deviations to protect client outcomes.
