Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in service delivery or project management and exhibit effective communication skills in English. The position offers a hybrid working model and various employee benefits including health insurance and a competitive salary.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in Service Delivery Management and/or Customer Project Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.

• Act as a first point of contact for customer inquiries related to operational and project topics.
• Own the service delivery performance to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead project transitions and contribute to a smooth handover into Business As Usual operations.
