Job summary

KPS Iberia seeks a Senior Tech Lead / Full-Stack & DevOps Engineer to join Barcelona team, delivering complex digital and e-commerce platforms for international clients. You will lead architecture, coordinate developers, and contribute hands-on engineering across the stack.

The role combines architecture, leadership and hands-on engineering in an international, agile environment with a hybrid work model and Spain-based contract.

Qualifications

• Several years in architect/tech lead roles.
• Strong frontend with JS/Node/React.
• Backend experience in Java.
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Hands-on with DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Experience coordinating international teams.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Understand and evaluate existing software architectures.
• Propose technical improvements and adaptations.
• Make architecture decisions for scalable solutions.
• Provide hands-on support in implementing solutions.
• Take responsibility for technical project leadership.
• Coordinate developers and ensure effective collaboration.
• Communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
