Job summary

Technogym in Spain is seeking a proactive Second Level Technical Support Specialist with a solid managerial background in after sales to improve service performance and customer satisfaction.

You will support field technicians and Technical Call Centers on complex equipment, coordinate field engineers, and oversee certification and training of technicians, contributing to the best fitness experience for customers.

Strong problem solving and communication skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a similar technical support or after-sales role.
• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with problem-solving techniques (5 Whys / RCA).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electronic components.
• Familiarity with network and ICT protocols.
• Ability to manage customers, sales reps, and field engineers.
• Technician mindset with product-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support Technicians in the field to ensure effective and efficient performance.
• Support Technical Call Centers with complex equipment issues.
• Provide timely technical feedback from the market.
• Collaborate to analyze root causes and drive technical resolution.
• Audit Technicians’ field performance.
• Oversee certification and training of Technicians.
• Ensure customer data accuracy in the Install base systems.
