You will audit preventive maintenance, manage operational documentation, and keep client access credentials up to date.

You will verify technical reports, monitor timelines, and ensure compliance filings, eliminating delays and supporting engineering leadership in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Formación

• FP I or FP II in a technical discipline as listed in the education section.
• Experience with Protecnus CMMS or similar field management software.
• Strong data verification and process-oriented analytical skills.

To coordinate operational documentation and monitor service execution, we are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Maintenance Operations & Control Technician (Técnico/a de Gestión Operativa y Control de Mantenimiento) to join our team in Marbella, Spain.

In this technical coordination role, you will oversee preventive maintenance reports, manage client access platforms, and ensure complete data integrity within Protecnus. Specifically, you will audit field execution timelines across regional area delegates, verify technical compliance documentation, and eliminate workflow bottlenecks across ongoing maintenance contracts.

Your Mission: Operational Governance, Protecnus Control & Service Integrity

Your primary goal involves driving total workflow efficiency, data accuracy, and deadline compliance across our technical maintenance contracts. To achieve this, you will audit preventive maintenance execution and manage operational documentation workflows. At the same time, you will keep client facility access credentials and technical reporting up to standard. Therefore, you will monitor time tracking across regional teams, audit intervention logs in Protecnus, verify compliance filings, and review technical reports. As a result, you will eliminate maintenance delays and protect our organization’s reputation for engineering excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Preventive Maintenance Review: Audit and verify scheduled preventive maintenance operations and technical field reports across facilities.
• Protecnus Platform Administration: Ensure the accurate and continuous flow of operational data, service orders, and technical records within the Protecnus platform.
• Client & Facility Access Compliance: Manage and upload required compliance documentation onto external client platforms and facility access control portals.
• Field Execution Auditing: Actively monitor and audit execution timelines and turnaround performance for regional area delegates (delegados de zona) within Protecnus to identify and resolve service bottlenecks.
• Process Optimization: Identify procedural delays, ensure compliance with technical standards, and provide operational support to engineering leadership.

Who You Are: The Detail-Oriented Technical Controller

• Educational Background: You hold a Vocational Training Degree (Formación Profesional – FP I o FP II) in Systems Administration, Electricity, Industrial Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Technical & Platform Proficiency: You feel comfortable navigating CMMS/field management software (specifically Protecnus) and managing administrative file compliance across digital platforms.
• Operational Control Mindset: You possess strong data verification skills, process-oriented analytical capability, and an organized approach to maintenance tracking.
• Key Competencies: You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, structured organization, and clear interdepartmental communication.
