Job summary

Deutsche Telekom AG – through T-Systems Iberia – is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead digitization and modernization of HR processes in the public sector. You will oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of SAP SuccessFactors projects, coordinating functional and technical teams and maintaining clear client and stakeholder dialogue.

You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure correct parameterization and integration of EC, ECP and RC modules, and prepare

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of SAP SuccessFactors project management experience.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams on public sector projects.
• Deep knowledge of EC, ECP, RC modules within SAP HR.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mixed teams (internal, customer and suppliers).
• Define, plan and monitor functional and technical activities of the project.
• Ensure correct parameterization and integration of Core, Payroll and Talent modules.
• Prepare functional documentation, manage risks, scope and ensure fluid communication with stakeholders.
