T-Systems Iberia is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join our HR digital transformation team in multiple Spanish cities. You will work on projects for implementing, evolving and supporting SAP SuccessFactors EC, collaborating with national and international clients to optimize people management processes.

Responsibilities include configuring Employee Central, managing org structures, and integrating EC with other modules, while ensuring alignment with SAP best

Qualifications

• Strong functional configuration expertise for SAP SuccessFactors EC.
• Knowledge of HR processes and organizational data.
• Experience in implementation and support projects.
• Experience with Business Rules, Workflows and Foundation Objects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects for the implementation, evolution and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• Analyze HR processes and propose SAP-aligned solutions.
• Configure and parameterize Employee Central per customer requirements.
• Manage org structures, employee data, positions and Foundation Objects.
