Strada is seeking an SAP Payroll Implementation Senior Associate to lead payroll projects in Spain. You will guide end-to-end SAP Payroll deployments, tailor configurations to client needs, and coordinate with project teams to ensure successful delivery.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on SAP HCM experience, a strong payroll background in Spain, and fluency in English and Spanish. This role emphasizes client collaboration, timely milestones, and seamless go-live readiness within a global Strada

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Technology.
• Hands-on experience in SAP HCM; implementations a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of Spanish payroll configuration and HR system implementations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong client focus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver expert guidance during SAP Payroll implementation and align activities with best practices.
• Customize SAP Payroll solutions per customer requirements and test functionality.
• Manage priorities to meet deadlines.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and support project members.
• Track project progress and documentation with project managers.
• Demonstrate understanding of HR processes and SAP HR architecture.
• Support go-live activities ensuring payroll readiness.
