Strada is seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Implementation Lead to manage client engagements across Spain, Italy, Portugal and remote delivery. You will lead workshops, configure systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee go-live activities for Italian payroll and related processes.

The role requires strong SAP HCM expertise, 3+ implementations, and fluency in English plus the local language. A client-focused, collaborative mindset and confidentiality are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, a technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ successful SAP HCM implementations.
• Fluent in English and one country language.
• Strong client-focused, collaborative mindset and discretion with sensitive data.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with clients to capture all payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps and systems setup.
• Validate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations in compliance with legal regulations
• Assist and support with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks
• Manage all system testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and address system configuration/integration issues with local and global teams.
• Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness
• Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery
