Jobtailor in Granada, Spain is seeking an SAP HCM consultant to support implementation and payroll configurations for clients. You will tailor SAP Payroll solutions to customer needs, perform testing, and ensure alignment with Strada standards while coordinating with project teams.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with strong communication and client-focused collaboration to deliver high-quality HR system deployments on time.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree focused on Business or Technology or equivalent experience.
• Hands‑on experience in SAP HCM application; involvement in implementations is a plus.
• In‑depth knowledge of Spanish payroll configuration and HR system implementations.
• Strong client focus, accountability for results, and teamwork.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirements
• Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards, and conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications
• Effective management of priorities to meet established deadlines
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and support other project members when required
• Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery within defined project timelines
• Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with a focus on Business or Technology (or equivalent experience)
• Hands‑on experience in SAP HCM application. Involvement in implementations is a plus
• In‑depth knowledge of Spanish payroll configuration, and a strong track record of delivering high‑quality HR system implementations/configurations
• Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills and a client‑focused, collaborative mindset.
