Strada Global is seeking an SAP Payroll Implementation Lead to join a multinational payroll team with remote options across Spain, Italy, and Portugal.

Responsibilities include workshops, configuration, data mapping, testing, and go-live oversight, coordinating with global teams to meet milestones.

Required: 3+ SAP HCM implementations, knowledge of country payroll regulations, fluent in English and Spanish, strong client focus.

Formación

• 3+ successful SAP HCM implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of country payroll regulations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with clients to capture payroll requirements and guide through workshops, configuration steps and systems setup.
• Validate and configure payroll solutions and integrations per legal regulations.
• Assist and support data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks.
• Manage all system testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs) and address configuration/integration issues with local and global teams.
• Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness and milestone delivery.
