Strada Inc. is seeking an SAP Payroll Lead Consultant focused on Spanish Payroll to drive design and delivery of payroll solutions. You will lead client workshops, shape SAP HCM Payroll implementations, and mentor a team of consultants across projects in Europe and beyond.

The role requires deep SAP Payroll expertise, strong Spanish payroll knowledge, and a track record of end-to-end implementations. Remote work options are available within Spain and international client engagements may arise.

Formación

• 7+ years of SAP HCM experience.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish Payroll.
• Experience in End-to-End Payroll implementations.
• Certification in SAP HCM Payroll.
• Ability to lead client workshops and design solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll toolset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead payroll workshops with clients and manage expectations.
• Design SAP HCM Payroll solutions and act as lead architect when needed.
• Mentor and guide other consultants on payroll initiatives.
• Provide functional/technical advice on SuccessFactors HR Payroll integration.
