Strada is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Belgium Payroll Consultant to join our Oviedo-based team. You will analyze client payroll and HR processes using SAP HR and euHReka, drive requirements, and guide the configuration within STRADA PMO methodology.

Ideal candidates bring experience in SAP HR modules, payroll, time, and pre-/post-payroll processes, with strong communication across multinational clients. Some travel and English proficiency are expected.

Formación

• Experience in translating client requirements into SAP HR specifications.
• Ability to interact across business lines and coordinate with team agents.
• Experience in global environments and SLA metrics beneficial.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze client business processes using SAP & euHReka knowledge to optimize service.
• Define payroll, time, and pre-/post-payroll processes in SAP HR.
• Estimate time and resources required for client requests.
• Plan configuration and map business processes to system requirements.
• Present integrated prototypes to customers and align with STRADA PMO standards.
• Support deployment across Development, Test and Production environments.
