Strada is seeking an SAP Payroll Implementation Senior Associate to lead payroll projects in Spain. You will guide end-to-end SAP Payroll deployments, tailor configurations to client needs, and coordinate with project teams to ensure successful delivery.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on SAP HCM experience, a strong payroll background in Spain, and fluency in English and Spanish. This role emphasizes client collaboration, timely milestones, and seamless go-live readiness within a global Strada

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Technology.

• In-depth knowledge of Spanish payroll configuration and HR system implementations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong client focus.

SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant - Spain

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirements
• Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards, and conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications
• Effective management of priorities to meet established deadlines
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and support other project members when required
• Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery within defined project timelines
• Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with a focus on Business or Technology (or equivalent experience)
• Hands‑on experience in SAP HCM application. Involvement in implementations is a plus
• In‑depth knowledge of Spanish payroll configuration, and a strong track record of delivering high‑quality HR system implementations/configurations
• Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills and a client‑focused, collaborative mindset
