Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a senior Digital Product Owner - Salesforce - Order to Cash based in Barcelona. You will bridge business strategy with technical delivery, owning the product roadmap for Customer Contact Management and leveraging Salesforce Service Cloud and Einstein AI to drive omnichannel experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• PSPO I certification is required.
• Salesforce Product Owner certification is required.
• 7–10 years of digital product management experience in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce platform experience.
• 3+ years in senior product owner or product management role.
• Strong Salesforce AI and automation background.
• Experience in Order to Cash, Customer Service Management, or related processes.

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap and full lifecycle from ideation to retirement.
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategy for Customer Contact Management.
• Drive product forecasting and business case development.
• Lead agile development teams using Scrum methodology.
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize backlog based on business value; manage backlog in Confluence and Jira.
• Collaborate with Order to Cash, GPO/GPL, and other stakeholders.
• Present plans to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Lead deployment and governance of Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce.
