Omega CRM in Barcelona, part of Merkle/Dentsu, seeks a Salesforce Business Analyst to drive delivery by capturing business needs and aligning solutions with the service vision. You will conduct As-Is/To-Be analyses, document processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement optimized Salesforce-based solutions.

The role requires 4+ years in Salesforce consulting, strong process mapping skills, and fluency in English.

Formación

• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• At least 4 years in Salesforce consulting or related roles.
• Experience conducting As-Is / To-Be analyses and documenting processes.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze As-Is vs. To-Be processes to identify improvements.
• Engage stakeholders to validate future state designs.
• Create detailed process maps and supporting materials.
• Develop implementation roadmaps and deliver analytical reports.
• Support delivery teams during implementation and post-go-live.
