Job summary

Sanofi in Barcelona is seeking a Digital Product Owner for Salesforce and Order to Cash to lead the digital strategy and product roadmap. You will own lifecycle management, work with cross-functional teams across geographies, and ensure data-driven decisions drive customer-centric improvements.

You will combine deep Salesforce expertise with AI/automation to optimize customer contact processes, while guiding platform governance and ERP integrations in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• PSPO I certification is required.
• Salesforce Product Owner certification preferred.
• 7-10 years of digital product management in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce platform experience.
• 3+ years in a senior product owner or product management role.
• Strong Salesforce AI and automation background.
• Experience in Order to Cash, Customer Service Management, or related processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy for Customer Contact Management.
• Own the product roadmap and lifecycle from ideation to retirement.
• Drive product forecasting and business case development.
• Support budget tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with Order to Cash stakeholders and translate needs into requirements.
• Lead agile development teams using Scrum and manage backlog in Confluence/Jira.
