BeBoomerang is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across Spain and Portugal for an international industrial technology company focused on robotic welding and production automation. This is a technical and consultative sales role combining business development, account growth and a strong understanding of industrial applications.

Formación
- Technical degree in Engineering, Robotics, Automation or related field.
- Experience in technical sales within an industrial environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
- Willingness to travel ~50% of time.
- Knowledge of robotics or automation solutions is a plus.
- Ability to translate technical needs into commercial proposals.
Responsabilidades
- Develop new business and acquire Iberian customers.
- Grow existing accounts identifying new automation opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with industrial customers and decision-makers.
- Understand manufacturing processes to tailor robotics solutions.
- Manage complex technical sales from needs assessment to award.
- Collaborate with engineering and software teams.
- Maintain CRM data and forecast pipeline.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and visits.
