Seagull Software is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive regional sales success in EMEAI, mentoring a small team and leading technical demonstrations for customers in a hybrid/remote setup in Spain. You will travel up to 50% and collaborate with regional managers to exceed revenue targets.

The role requires strong Windows, databases, ERP/MRP knowledge, plus experience with Salesforce and CRM platforms. Fluency in German and English is required.

Formación

• 3–7 years of pre-sales technical experience with focus on process analysis and re-engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Regional Sales Managers to hit regional revenue targets.
• Lead technical discovery, process analysis, and tailored product demonstrations.
• Travel up to 50% across the region for high-value sales meetings and events.
• Direct a team of 2–3 Sales Engineers across EMEAI; conduct 1-on-1s and team meetings.
• Collaborate with EMEAI Sales Director to resource opportunities; present at QBRs.
• Manage team expenses and run SEAG meetings monthly on a rotation.
