Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Regional Sales Engineer to drive sales growth across Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, Cyprus and other Mediterranean markets. You will develop new business, manage key accounts, and build relationships with distributors, contractors, engineers and infrastructure owners.

You will coordinate territory strategies, tailor value-added solutions, and use Salesforce CRM to track opportunities while traveling up to 75% of the time across the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil).
• 3–5 years in technical sales or international Key Account Management.
• Fluency in English and Spanish mandatory; Italian is a plus.
• Experience with civil infrastructure and channel partners.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities
