Job summary

ICEYE seeks a Senior Sales Engineer in Espoo, Finland (preferred) with hybrid work options across Europe to enable mission opportunities by defining and communicating tailored technical solutions. You will lead technical proposals and advise across Sales, Product, and Engineering to win government and institutional tenders.

You will shape mission concepts and support engagements from early discussions through contracts, traveling as needed, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the tender

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Physics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales engineering, bid management, or pre-sales, ideally in a Newspace-sector setting.
Proven ability to translate complex systems into customer-friendly value propositions, and navigate complex procurement environments.

Responsibilities

Deliver technical leadership in proposals and customer interactions.
Define and validate tailored technical solutions for prospective customers.
Shape EO mission concepts, craft high-quality responses to tenders (RFIs, RFQs, RFPs).
Support customer engagements from early discussions through final proposals and contracts as a trusted technical advisor.
