Accenture in Barcelona offers a hybrid role as Senior Sales Capture Senior Manager to drive GCC growth across Spain, Portugal and EMEA. You will lead end-to-end capture, coordinate multi-functional teams, and ensure governance and strong pipeline metrics while partnering with senior leaders to shape value propositions.

The role requires 5+ years in sales/capture roles, cross-functional collaboration, and English at C1 level, with a focus on strategic pursuits and AI-driven tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Sales Capture, Business Development, Commercial Strategy, Pursuit Management, Sales Operations, or related roles.
• Minimum 3 years coordinating strategic pursuits, proposals, RFPs, RFIs, or large opportunities.
• Minimum 3 years working with senior stakeholders and multinational environments.
• English level C1 or higher.
• Experience with commercial pipelines, forecasting, governance, and reporting.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and AI-powered tools relevant to the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales capture activities from qualification to proposal submission and deal closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Strategy, Consulting, Technology, Operations, and Commercial.
• Maintain governance standards with internal approvals and pursuit methodologies.
• Develop market intelligence, competitive assessments, and growth plans.
• Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and opportunity progression metrics.
• Prepare executive materials, business cases, and leadership updates.
• Identify risks and actions to accelerate opportunity conversion and revenue growth.
