Accenture PLC in Barcelona is seeking a CL6 Senior Sales Capture Senior Manager to strengthen GCC growth across Spain, Portugal, and EMEA. You will drive opportunity origination, manage complex pursuits, and coordinate cross-functional teams to win strategic deals.

The role requires multi-year sales, governance, and stakeholder collaboration experience, with English at C1 or higher and a hybrid work model in Barcelona.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Sales Capture, Business Development or related roles.
• Minimum 3 years coordinating strategic pursuits and proposals.
• Experience with senior stakeholders in multinational environments.
• English level C1 or higher.
• Experience with AI-powered tools aligned to commercial roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales capture activities from qualification to deal closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across pursuit lifecycle.
• Maintain governance, approvals, and pursuit quality reviews.
• Develop market intelligence and opportunity prioritization frameworks.
• Monitor pipeline health, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Prepare executive materials and leadership updates.
• Identify risks and actions to accelerate conversions and growth.
