Job summary
Accenture is seeking an Associate Director specialized in Finance Transformation, based in Madrid or Barcelona with a hybrid work model. The role targets CFOs and finance leadership to identify transformation opportunities, shape solutions and deliver executable programs, including AI and Generative AI use cases for finance processes.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Finance Transformation, TO models, and GBS/GCC environments, combining strategic vision with delivery
Qualifications
- Experience leading or delivering Finance Transformation programs.
- Experience designing Finance Target Operating Models and service delivery within GBS/GCC environments.
- Experience engaging with CFOs and senior finance stakeholders to shape value propositions and commercial proposals.
- Proficiency in English at C1 level.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Finance Transformation initiatives from assessment to TOC definition and delivery.
- Design and transform Finance delivery models within GBS and GCC environments.
- Identify and articulate AI and Generative AI use cases in Finance processes and service delivery.
- Shape commercial opportunities and business cases for transformation programs.
- Ensure alignment between client value proposition and execution of the transformation.
