Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Sales Capture Manager or Senior Manager to lead AMS opportunities in Spain. You will drive pre-sales and capture activities, coordinating with delivery, solution architecture and finance to craft competitive maintenance and managed services proposals.

The role involves engaging with public sector stakeholders, managing RFPs/RFIs, and aligning contracts, operations and commercial terms. English level B2+ and native Spanish are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or capture roles focused on AMS or maintenance projects.
• Proven experience participating in technical offers, RFPs, RFIs.
• English level B2 or higher and native Spanish.
• Experience selling managed services or long-term maintenance contracts in large, complex organizations.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary bid teams (sales, legal, finance, delivery).
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in AMS sales.
• Academic degree requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate capture strategies for AMS opportunities.
• Coordinate preparation of technical and commercial proposals for RFPs/RFIs.
• Analyze documentation and translate requirements into structured sales and solution approaches.
• Support negotiation and alignment of contractual, operational, and financial aspects.
