Wood Mackenzie is seeking a Senior Customer Education Specialist to help retain clients by understanding their workflows and delivering bespoke training across our research subscriptions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Consultancy to ensure a consistent client message, travel within region, and drive adoption of Wood Mackenzie content. Strong presentation and analytics skills are essential.

Formación

• Experience in a Customer Education or Product Specialist role within a b2b sales, data analytics or SaaS based solutions organisation.
• Strong presentation, public speaking, communication and training skills.
• Proven track record collaborating with different internal teams to achieve commercial success.
• Genuine interest in data analytics and how tools help clients solve business issues.
• Experience building relationships across customer organisations from end users to senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Build in-depth knowledge of the products and roadmap in your allocated vertical (Upstream & Carbon Management).
• Deliver workflow-based training and demos to increase users, usage and retention.
• Answer level 2 inbound queries from customers within your vertical and support related teams.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to drive commercial success and demonstrate solutions during assessments or trials.
• Track engagement and training effectiveness in CRMs for reporting (Salesforce).
• Contribute to product development roadmap based on customer feedback and market insights.
• Create self-serve training materials and communicate product enhancements to customers.
