Job summary

360Learning is hiring a Client Success Partner to support our largest clients' digital training strategies. You will build strong relationships with HR executives to drive usage and adoption of our platform. Responsibilities include managing client renewals, ensuring project success, and developing learning transformation roadmaps.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in client success, excellent interpersonal skills, and is fluent in French and English. This role offers flexibility with the potential for remote work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Client Success Manager or in HR/Learning/Change Management.
• Ability to manage complex projects for Enterprise accounts with over 2000 employees.
• Interest in digital learning and education.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with HR executives.
• Ensure client renewals and contract signings.
• Define learning transformation roadmaps with clients.
