Dynatrace is seeking a Senior Regional Services Manager to lead Iberia and ROE, based in Barcelona. You will drive delivery excellence, build high-performing teams, and partner with Sales and SSD to optimize resourcing and engagements.

You will coach and mentor staff, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure customer outcomes across EMEA engagements, reporting to the Regional Services Director.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including 2+ years in a people-management role.
• Strong understanding of Dynatrace technology and Services delivery.
• Proven ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (Spanish/English).
• Based in Barcelona; ability to travel regionally.

Responsabilidades

• Manages day-to-day PS leader for Iberia and ROE regions. Ensures consistent delivery quality and adherence to Dynatrace methodologies across customer engagements.
• Partners with Sales and SSD to plan resourcing and prioritize high-value engagements.
• Coaches and mentors team members, driving skill growth and career progression.
• Escalates and resolves delivery risks, resourcing conflicts, and customer issues.
• Contributes to regional strategy and reports on team/portfolio health to the Regional Services Director.
