Genesys seeks a Senior Project Manager for Iberia in Madrid to lead large, complex IT engagements, manage schedules, budgets and risks, and drive profitable outcomes. You will coordinate resources, manage client expectations, and pursue new opportunities, contributing to strategic services growth.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, and leadership to deliver exceptional results while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery

Formación

• 8+ years of IT project management experience (Contact Centre/CRM preferred).
• Experience budgeting for complex solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Iberia (<25%).
• Knowledge of MS Office and MS Project.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the project management of critical, large, and complex solution engagements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Oversee all aspects of project delivery, from scheduling and risk management to scope documentation and resource allocation.
• Champion change management processes to drive successful project outcomes.
• Adhere to established Professional Services processes for consistent excellence.
• Keep engagements on track, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, and PS leadership to deliver results.
• Pursue sales leads and build robust business relationships.
• Contribute to growth of services and subscription businesses with a pipeline of service orders.
• Drive revenue through compelling presentations and proposals.
• Achieve profitability goals through high-quality solutions and efficient services.
