Dynatrace is seeking a Senior Regional Services Manager to lead the Iberia regional team of consultants and architects delivering Dynatrace Professional Services across EMEA, based in Barcelona. You will coach the team, ensure delivery quality, manage risks, and collaborate with Sales and SSD to plan resources, while building talent and driving customer outcomes.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including 2+ years in a people-management role.
• Strong understanding of Dynatrace technology and Services delivery.
• Proven ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (Spanish/English).
• Based in Barcelona; ability to travel regionally.

Responsabilidades

• Manages day-to-day PS leader for Iberia and ROE regions.
• Ensures consistent delivery quality and adherence to Dynatrace methodologies across customer engagements.
• Partners with Sales and SSD to plan resourcing and prioritize high-value engagements.
• Coaches and mentors team members, driving skill growth and career progression.
• Escalates and resolves delivery risks, resourcing conflicts, and customer issues.
• Contributes to regional strategy and reports on team/portfolio health to the Regional Services Director.
