Mentor Technical Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications while ensuring GMP/FDA compliance.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in pharma/biotech/medical devices, strong leadership, and experience with Ariba, SAP, and TrackWise. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• 8+ years of project management in FDA-regulated industries.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Demonstrated Change Control experience.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and project resources.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with Ariba, SAP, TrackWise.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Validation.
• Ensure projects are executed in compliance with GMP, FDA, and company requirements.
• Facilitate project status meetings and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, deliverables, and change management activities.
• Support procurement and sourcing initiatives utilizing Ariba systems.
• Drive Change Control activities and ensure proper implementation and documentation.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.
