Our Client in Barcelona, Spain, seeks a Senior MES Project Manager to lead complex manufacturing execution projects in the pharma sector. You will drive MES implementations, interfaces and upgrades across production environments, coordinating IT, Operations, Quality and Regulatory teams.

You will ensure GMP, FDA and EMA compliance, manage budgets and risks, mentor junior PMs, and report to senior stakeholders. The role starts ASAP on a 12+ month contract and requires EU-based eligibility.

Formación

• 5+ years' Project Management experience, including MES projects.
• 3+ years leading MES projects in pharma/ Life Sciences.
• Strong SAP MES experience across implementation, interfacing, configuration and optimisation.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site, cross-functional teams, budgets and risks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end MES implementation and upgrade projects.
• Manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate IT, Operations, Quality and Regulatory teams.
• Analyse manufacturing processes to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA and EMA requirements.
• Mentor junior project managers and report to senior stakeholders.
