IPS-Integrated Project Services in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Manager of Design to lead and coordinate the multidisciplinary design team on complex life sciences EPCM projects. You will mentor teams, manage resources, develop design execution plans, and ensure audit readiness and adherence to QMS.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Science.
• Spanish language proficiency required at level B2.
• Experience delivering complex EPCM projects in Pharma/Biopharma.
• Ability to manage budgets, man-hours, and commercial targets.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
