Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to provide functional and project-level quality oversight across assigned scope, ensuring GCP/GxP compliance. The role supports eQMS lifecycle activities, validation oversight, and vendor quality management, while contributing to project-specific quality frameworks and CAPA management.

The position requires 5+ years in quality management/QA and GxP auditing, with strong expertise in QMS and system validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
• 5+ years in quality management/QA.
• 5+ years in GxP auditing (nice to have).
• Strong expertise in GCP/GxP, QMS and validation.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead complex activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and project-level quality oversight across assigned scope.
• Support eQMS lifecycle activities, including validation oversight.
• Oversee vendor quality management, qualification, risk assessment and RFIs.
• Develop and maintain project-specific quality frameworks and procedures.
• Generate and approve controlled documents ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Manage quality issues and CAPAs with escalation and decision-making.
• Participate in quality risk management activities.
• Conduct GCP/GxP audits of vendors, systems and trials.
