Randstad Digital España is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end software and systems integration projects for external clients in pharma and life sciences. You will drive scope, timelines, costs, and quality while maintaining strong executive relationships.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, apply Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery, ensure GMP/ISO compliance with the Quality team, and contribute to PMO standards in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an IT Project Manager role with external clients.
• Proven experience in IT systems integration, SaaS, pharma/life sciences.
• Fluent English, C1 or native; ability to lead international technical meetings.
• Experience implementing software for pharma (eBR preferred); BI/Data Warehouse knowledge.
• Proficient in Agile/Waterfall and Jira; willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end software and IT systems integration projects, ensuring scope, timelines, costs, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Act as main contact for external clients, leading key meetings and managing expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Quality, Customer Success) to align priorities and deliverables.
• Implement Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery practices and manage roadmaps in Jira.
• Ensure GMP/ISO compliance in collaboration with Quality and contribute to PMO standards.
