Deel is seeking a Staff Product Designer to shape and shepherd the user experience across our platform. You will lead design initiatives, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and mentor designers to deliver cohesive, scalable products.

Formación

• 5–7 years as a Product Designer in fast‑paced environments.
• At least 2 years leading holistic design as a Staff Product Designer or equivalent.
• Strong UI, UX, and visual design skills.
• Experience designing AI-powered features or AI tools.
• Data-driven approach with evidence to support design decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Define and deliver product design across multiple initiatives, aligning with user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business partners to build cohesive experiences.
• Advocate for the Deel UI/Design System strategy and drive adoption.
• Design, prototype, and test new features rapidly based on user and business insights.
• Mentor Product Designers and lead design practice rituals and standards.
• Identify bottlenecks with product/engineering and drive improvements.
• Drive clarity from complexity and balance user and business needs in solutions.
• Communicate a compelling design vision and facilitate cross-team collaboration.
