Deel is seeking a Senior Staff Product Designer to lead the design vision for Deel’s AI vertical, shaping experiences across AI products, agents, and developer tools. You will own end-to-end strategy for AI features, work with a growing design team, and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership to ensure a unified, intelligent platform.

Formación

• 8+ years as a Product Designer in a fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years at Staff level or above leading design for complex product areas.
• Experience designing AI-powered products including conversational interfaces, chatbots, AI agents, copilots, or intelligent automation.
• A portfolio demonstrating this work is essential.
• Strong multi-disciplinary skills across UI, UX, interaction design, and visual design.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design direction for Deel’s AI vertical, Akai, conversational interfaces, agents, labs, and developer experience tools.
• Shape strategic conversations using insights and design vision to influence direction and uncover opportunities across the AI portfolio.
• Mentor designers and drive craft standards for AI interactions and patterns across teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership to ensure cohesive AI experiences across Deel’s platform.
