Formación

• 5+ years of product management experience in fast-paced, high-complexity environments (scaleup, fintech, regulated industries or infrastructure-heavy products).
• Proven track record shipping in regulated or high-stakes domains where precision and multi-stakeholder accountability are core.
• Strong systems and process thinking; comfortable with interconnected problems and ambiguity.
• Pragmatic mindset to distinguish which problems need perfect vs good-enough solutions.
• Independent, autonomous leadership with experience owning strategy and execution.
• Technical credibility to collaborate with engineering and make trade-offs without coding.
• Comfort with velocity and ambiguity in high-speed settings.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own a clear product vision and strategy for your area; communicate it clearly to teams.
• Drive the full product development lifecycle from problem definition through design, engineering, launch and measurement.
• Own automation strategy for scalable onboarding across diverse customer setups; measure impact.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to balance customer variation, compliance, and speed.
• Work across entity, contract, and infrastructure teams to align requirements.
• Synthesize customer escalations to identify patterns and inform automations.
• Make decisions in ambiguity, communicate uncertainty, and course-correct quickly.
• Partner with go-to-market and customer success to ensure product-market fit during platform rebuild.
