Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams, serving 150+ countries. You will lead and manage the full payroll implementation for Deel’s clients, ensuring accurate data migration and compliant configurations.

You’ll collaborate with HR, Finance and clients, guiding onboarding with proactive communication and training. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in global payroll, strong project management, and fluency in English and Dutch.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and payroll operations.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Master’s preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end global payroll implementation for clients.
• Define payroll processes and data requirements; oversee data migration.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance and clients; manage project scope and timelines.
• Provide ongoing client support and training during onboarding.
