Nexthink in Madrid seeks a Senior Product Manager to drive platform evolution and AI‑driven capabilities for its enterprise software. You will translate strategy into architecture and collaborate with platform PMs, architects, and engineering to deliver scalable, open, and intelligent foundations.

The role demands a systems thinker with strong English, a track record in enterprise SaaS, and the ability to bridge business value with technical trade-offs in a fast-paced global team.

Formación

• 7+ years in Product Management within enterprise software or complex SaaS platforms.
• Solid understanding of backend systems, APIs, data models, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong analytical skills to structure ambiguous problems and link trade-offs to business value.
• Customer-facing experience translating complex concepts into concrete outcomes.
• Clear, concise communication capable of influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional-level English, spoken and written.
• Entrepreneurial, outcome-driven and adaptable mindset.
• Collaborative, global team orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Shape Nexthink’s next-generation platform and evolve capabilities for faster building and AI readiness.
• Partner with engineering to simplify configuration, setup, and management through AI and automation.
• Collaborate with PMs to identify integration points and craft reusable components.
• Define clear platform outcomes, abstractions, and trade-offs aligning teams.
• Translate long‑term tech initiatives into a compelling product vision, roadmap, and impact.
• Anticipate dependencies and prioritize sequencing to keep the platform reliable.
