Nexthink, Madrid-based leader in digital employee experience, seeks an AI Agent Engineer to design, build, and improve intelligent agents that augment product operations. You will own the architecture, behavior, and governance of agents across Product Management, Education, Library and Operations.

You will combine applied AI engineering with systems thinking; focus on production-grade agent design, evaluation, and workflow integration within a fast-growing, global team. Hybrid work model offered.

Formación

• Must-have: 6–8+ years building and owning production systems end to end.
• Strong system design skills with event-driven/serverless architectures.
• Experience integrating systems via APIs, webhooks, REST, Graph.
• Practical experience designing AI/LLM-powered workflows in production.
• Strong ownership and architectural judgment.
