Nexthink is seeking a Principal Data Architect to lead its Product Intelligence data function. You will own enterprise data strategy, unify data sources into a single data lake, and mentor a team of data engineers to deliver a scalable analytics platform.

You will translate telemetry into product-led insights, identify upsell opportunities, predict churn, and present strategy to C-level stakeholders. A strong AI-ready data foundation and modern data stack experience are essential.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years as Data Engineer/Architect, with 3+ years leading a team.
• Experience delivering unified data warehouse/data lake architectures.
• Experience translating product telemetry into insights for revenue growth.
• Proven ability to present data strategy to executives.
• Strong SQL and Python, ETL/ELT pipelines experience.
• Familiarity with modern data stack tools and BI platforms.
• Hands-on with AWS and DevOps practices.

Responsabilidades

• Own enterprise data strategy and architecture; unify data sources into a data lake.
• Mentor and lead a team of data engineers with technical direction.
• Translate telemetry into product-led insights; support upsell and churn prediction.
• Present data strategy and insights to C-level stakeholders.
• Design data warehousing, data lake design, data modeling, and access patterns.
• Drive analytics layer design including semantic modeling and dashboards.
• Champion AI-ready data strategy and governance.
• Establish data engineering standards and quality indicators.
• Ensure scalable, reliable data platforms and pipelines.
• Foster agile, iterative engineering and participate in ceremonies.
