Nexthink SA in Madrid seeks a Learning Architect for its Product Education team. In this role, you will design high-quality learning experiences to assist users in adopting Nexthink products effectively.

You will work closely with Product Managers and subject experts to create engaging, user-centric learning content, and leverage modern instructional design practices to improve the educational material continuously.

Formación

• 5+ years as instructional designer and e-learning developer in tech environments.
• Ability to simplify complex information into clear content.
• Strong writing, editing, and structuring skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Product Managers to identify learning needs.
• Translate complex technical information into clear learning content.
• Develop end-to-end blended learning programs for products.

Conocimientos

Instructional design and e-learning development

Strong knowledge of adult learning theories

Business-level fluency in English

Experience developing training for IT teams

Excellent communication skills

e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Storyline, Rise, Synthesia)
