NIQ in Barcelona seeks a senior product leader to own a portfolio of AI-enabled internal tools, from discovery through delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams across product, design and engineering, shaping a long‑term AI strategy and adoption plan that improves product velocity and outcomes.

You will define success metrics, governance, and an operating model that enables rapid iteration, while ensuring collaboration with Legal, Privacy and IT. Fluent English required.

Formación

• Senior product leadership in enterprise B2B SaaS with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience leading and growing cross-functional teams, mentoring PMs and designers.
• Hands-on experience designing and shipping generative or agentic AI capabilities.
• Fluent English and strong written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Define the group’s product vision, direction and a 12–18 month roadmap.
• Prioritize portfolio and allocate capacity across tools and initiatives.
• Make build-versus-buy decisions with solid business cases.
• Establish sunset criteria for underperforming tools and plan.
• Define AI tooling end-to-end: problem, users, adoption path, metrics.
• Develop governance with Legal, Privacy, Security and IT on data and AI standards.
