Nexthink, a leader in digital employee experience, seeks a Senior Software Engineer to own automation solutions reducing manual effort and improving efficiency. You will drive technical direction for automation in a highly autonomous role, partnering with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, solid engineering judgment, and a production environment with real business impact. English proficiency is required.

Formación

• 5-7 years of Java development experience in SaaS projects.
• Experience with microservices and Micronaut is a plus.
• Professional-level English spoken and written.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with good organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and own advanced automation workflows and architectures connected via APIs and AI/LLM capabilities.
• Own administration and optimization of the automation environment for performance and governance.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and iterate workflows for production-level reliability.
