Astek Iberia is seeking a Senior PMO to drive governance, planning and delivery oversight for a large global ERP transformation program. The role is 100% remote and requires coordinating with business stakeholders, project teams, and major system integrators.

You will lead RAID, track budgets and resources, produce executive dashboards, and ensure consistency in PMO standards across workstreams. Excellent English, strong communication, and senior stakeholder management are essential.

Formación

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Senior PMO or Program PMO in large-scale transformations.
• Strong expertise in PMO Governance, Integrated Planning, RAID Management, Budget & Financial Tracking.
• Experience coordinating external System Integrators (Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, IBM, or similar).
• Excellent stakeholder management, including interactions with senior leadership and committees.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, portfolio reporting tools, and fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead PMO governance activities across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Maintain and consolidate integrated program plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
• Monitor program budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and Steering Committee materials.
• Ensure alignment between internal teams and external partners.
• Track program performance, progress, and delivery risks.
• Support stakeholder communication and decision-making processes.
• Drive consistency in project management methodologies, standards, and reporting practices.
