Astek Iberia is seeking a Senior PMO to govern and oversee a Global ERP Transformation Program. The role emphasizes governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and delivery oversight for a major consumer healthcare program, with full remote work.

The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and a leading global SI partner to ensure program success and alignment across workstreams. Strong English, plus 5–8 years of PMO leadership experience, is expected.

Formación

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Senior PMO, Program PMO, or Program Management professional within large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in: PMO Governance, Integrated Planning, RAID Management, Budget & Financial Tracking.
• Experience coordinating external System Integrators (Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, IBM, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management, including interaction with senior leadership and executive committees.
• Excellent reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Excel, Portfolio and Project Reporting tools, and fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead PMO governance activities across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Maintain and consolidate integrated program plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
• Monitor program budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and Steering Committee materials.
• Ensure alignment between internal teams and external partners.
• Track program performance, progress, and delivery risks.
• Support stakeholder communication and decision-making processes.
