Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior PMO to join a large-scale ERP transformation program in Spain. You will ensure governance, visibility, and delivery control across multiple projects and workstreams, coordinating planning, reporting, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent professional experience.
• PM certification is a plus.
• Significant experience in Senior PMO or Program Management in complex transformations.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Strong governance, planning, reporting, budget tracking, and RAID management knowledge.
• Experience coordinating external system integrators or delivery partners.
• Fluent English; French or Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program governance framework with steering committees and reporting processes.
• Build and maintain the integrated program plan with milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Monitor budget, forecasts, resources, orders, and external partner spend.
• Own RAID management and drive mitigation actions.
• Coordinate external system integrators and delivery partners to ensure commitments and timelines.
• Prepare clear, accurate program reporting for senior leadership.
• Facilitate alignment between business, technology, and partners.
• Identify deviations and drive corrective actions to resolution.
