Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent professional experience.
• PM certification is a plus.
• Significant experience in Senior PMO or Program Management in complex transformations.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Strong governance, planning, reporting, budget tracking, and RAID management knowledge.
• Experience coordinating external system integrators or delivery partners.
• Fluent English; French or Spanish a plus.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior PMO to join a large-scale ERP transformation program and ensure strong governance, visibility, and delivery control across multiple projects and workstreams.

Working closely with the Program Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating planning, reporting, financial tracking, risks, dependencies, resources, and stakeholder communication.

This is a hands‑on senior role for someone who can work independently, manage complex environments, challenge delivery partners, and provide leadership with a clear view of program progress and risks.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program governance framework, including steering committees and reporting processes.
• Build and maintain the integrated program plan, tracking milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and progress.
• Monitor program budget, forecasts, resources, purchase orders, and external partner spend.
• Own program‑level RAID management, proactively identifying risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
• Coordinate and monitor external system integrators and delivery partners, ensuring commitments, quality, and timelines are met.
• Prepare clear and accurate program reporting for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between business, technology, project teams, and external partners.
• Identify deviations and delivery risks and drive corrective actions through to resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant project or program management certification is a plus.
• Significant experience in Senior PMO, Project Management, or Program Management within complex transformation programs.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects, workstreams, and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of program governance, planning, reporting, budget tracking, and RAID management.
• Experience managing external system integrators or delivery partners.
• Good knowledge of tools such as MS Project, Excel, and program/portfolio management tools.
• Excellent communication, organisation, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English is required; French or Spanish is a plus.
• Previous experience with ERP transformation programs, SAP, or other large‑scale technology implementations is highly valued.
• Experience in regulated industries, multi‑site, or multi‑country programs is a plus.
