Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Madrid is seeking a Professional PMO to drive ERP program management activities. You will analyze schedules, budgets and resources; plan programs; manage risks; and report milestones. The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration within an international PMO network.

Required 2–3 years in PMO, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong English (C1). Experience with JIRA/Confluence and planning tools is valued, with a hybrid working model offered where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Team working skills, empathy, and a proactive, eager-to-work mindset.
• 2–3 years PMO experience; PMP welcome but not required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with UPI and Forge IPT is a plus.
• C1 English; strong written and verbal communication with international teams.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and integrate schedules, budgets, resources and quality metrics.
• Schedule and plan programs/projects, including task distribution.
• Manage project risks and opportunities.
• Supervise, control and report on performance and milestone reviews.
• Control contractual data configuration and manage changes.
• Implement new PM tools and processes.
• Collaborate with other PMOs in an international environment.
